Ramudden Global Enters the Spanish Market with Acquisition of Señalizaciones Ortega
Ramudden Global is entering the Spanish market through the acquisition of Señalizaciones Ortega, a road safety specialist based in Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz. The acquisition marks an important milestone in the Group’s continued international expansion.

Founded in 1998, Señalizaciones Ortega specialises in the manufacture and installation of road signs, road markings and safety barriers. With nearly three decades of experience and strong local expertise, the company provides Ramudden Global with an established foothold in Spain and a platform for future growth.

As part of the Group’s expansion into Spain, Jesús Muñoz, who has a background in Ramudden Global’s North American operations, will relocate to Spain to take on the role of Country Manager. His experience will support the integration of Señalizaciones Ortega and help drive the Group’s continued development in the Spanish market.
