Ramudden Finland acquires Savon Kilpi Oy
On May 2, Ramudden signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the Finnish sign manufacturing company, Savon Kilpi Oy.
Savon Kilpi was founded in 1982 with a turnover in 2023 of EUR 2.6 million. Savon Kilpi employs 14 people.

Savon Kilpi will be a subsidiary of the Ramudden Finland operations. Ramudden Finland offers equipment and services for traffic safety on roads, construction sites and at other infrastructure projects. Ramudden has operations in Helsinki, Vantaa, Lahti, Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Vaasa, Kuopio, Jyväskylä and Lappeenranta.
